1. Delivery costs and days in each region
Note 1: Shipping days do not include customs inspection time. 2. Instructions for overseas ordering
1. Payment method: Tianyi Ai provides credit card swiping (Visa, MasterCard, JCB). All products are priced in New Taiwan Dollars $TWD. The actual payment amount is subject to the bank exchange rate.
2. Recipient information
- Please fill in the recipient’s full English name in the passport
- The correct postal code must be filled in for all delivery addresses.
- Except for mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, the receipt information for other overseas regions must be filled in English. Please do not use abbreviations.
- Please confirm that the delivery information you filled in is correct before sending the order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact customer service staff at any time. We will do our best to assist you in completing it. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect receipt information and there is no one to sign for it, causing the package to be returned. Due to the complicated procedures for air package delivery, Tianyiai will directly cancel the entire order and the order amount will be refunded after deducting the delivery fee.
3. Invoice: Overseas shopping is tax-free and does not require the issuance of an invoice (according to Taiwan Business Tax Law: direct export of goods or services to foreign buyers is exempt from the issuance of a unified invoice).
4. Tariffs
- Generally speaking, parcel tariffs are randomly inspected, and taxes will only be imposed if your parcel is picked up.
- Product fees and shipping charges do not include taxes and duties that may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of shipment. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. For fees that may be incurred before collecting the package, it is recommended that you check your local customs website. , we will quote the value based on the actual order amount of each box.

3. Instructions for overseas returns and exchanges
1. Overseas, only "defective returns" service is accepted. If you receive defective goods, please contact the official customer service within ten days of receiving the goods and send photos of the goods to the customer service staff. If it is determined that the defect is not human-made (not caused by the customer), Tianyi Ai will, depending on the situation, resend the product or directly convert the money into "Member Shopping Credit" for next use.
2. Due to the complicated procedures for air parcel delivery in overseas areas and the different laws of various countries, Tianyiai cannot provide overseas returns and exchange services. Please carefully confirm the order content when purchasing goods. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 5. Overseas delivery Q&A
Q: After placing an order, can I still change the shipping address or order content? Overseas orders will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding holidays). If the order has not been shipped, you can contact customer service to cancel the order. After shipment, changes to the address or order content will not be accepted. If you need to cancel delivery, the return shipping fee will be deducted. After paying the relevant fees, the balance of the original order will be refunded. Whether the product is actually shipped will be subject to the information provided by the logistics company. You can contact customer service to inquire.
