1. Shipping cost and delivery time by region

Note 1: Shipping time does not include customs inspection time. If customs performs a random inspection, the actual delivery date will depend on customs.
Note 2: All shipments within Asia are handled by SF Express.
Note 3: Shipments to the United States/Canada are handled by EMS.
Note 4: Tianyiai will do its best to deliver products worldwide, except for special cases (such as Cambodia, where delivery is currently not possible due to instability). We will strive to get the products to you, and if you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
2. Instructions for overseas ordering
1. Payment method
Tianyiai offers credit card services (Visa, MasterCard, JCB). All products are priced in New Taiwan Dollars ($TWD). The actual payment amount will depend on the exchange rate of the bank.
2. Recipient information
- Please fill in the full name of the recipient as it appears on the ID card or passport.
- The delivery address must include the correct postal code.
- For regions outside of Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, recipient information must be filled in English. Please avoid using abbreviations.
- Please confirm that the delivery information you entered is correct before submitting the order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact customer service at any time, and we will do our best to assist you. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect recipient information and there is no one to sign for it, causing the package to be returned, due to the complex air delivery process, Tianyiai will directly cancel the entire order, and the order amount will be refunded after deducting shipping costs.
3. Invoice
Purchases made from abroad are exempt from taxes and do not require an invoice (according to Taiwan's Business Tax Law: direct export of goods or services to foreign buyers is exempt from invoicing).
4. Tariffs
- Generally, packages are randomly checked, and taxes will only apply if your package is inspected.
- Product prices and shipping fees do not include taxes or fees that may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the destination country. All taxes and fees are the buyer's responsibility. For fees that may arise before receiving the package, you should check your local customs website. We will quote based on the actual quantity of each box ordered.
- If you need information related to the product, please contact us via the customer service details below.
- If the package incurs customs duties due to national regulations, and the buyer is unwilling to pay the customs duties and the package is returned, please note that Tianyiai will not refund the fees.
3. Instructions for overseas returns and exchanges
1. Only "returns for defective products" are accepted for overseas orders. If you receive a defective product, please contact customer service within 10 days from the date of receipt and provide a photo of the product to the customer service team. If it is determined that the defect is not caused by human error (i.e., not caused by the customer), depending on the situation, Tianyiai will either send a replacement product or directly convert the money into "Member Shopping Credits" for future use.2. Due to the complexity of international shipping procedures and different national laws, Tianyiai is unable to provide return and exchange services for overseas orders. Please carefully confirm the details of your order before making a purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Tianyiai will closely monitor the quality of the process and will enhance verification before shipping, ensuring you can shop with confidence.

Q: After placing an order, can I still change the shipping address or order content?
Overseas orders will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding holidays). If the order has not been shipped, you can contact customer service to cancel the order. After shipment, changes to the address or order content will not be accepted. If you need to cancel delivery, the return shipping fee will be deducted. After paying the relevant fees, the balance of the original order will be refunded. Whether the product is actually shipped will be subject to the information provided by the logistics company. Tianyiai products are all vegetarian and can be transported through customs. We can also provide you with the necessary English documents for customs procedures when you take them out of the country.
