How to drink

How to drink: Tear open the sachet and drink directly, or mix with 200 ml of warm water and stir.

• For natural birth: Begin using after completing any prescribed medications.
  For cesarean birth: Begin using the day after completing prescribed medications and after passing gas.

🔸Phase 1 "Detoxing Essence": Warm detoxification pack to strengthen metabolism. Start after completing prescribed medications. Consume 1 sachet after breakfast and 1 after lunch, for a total of 2 sachets per day, for 5 consecutive days. Even if there is no postpartum discharge, start with Stage 1 for effective cleansing before replenishment.

 

🔸Stage 2 "Qi Nourishing Essence": Warming and tonic package, step-by-step conditioning, laying a solid foundation for replenishment. Start after confirming there is no blood or discharge. Consume 1 sachet after breakfast and 1 after lunch, for a total of 2 sachets per day, for 10 consecutive days. Note: Do not use during periods of active bleeding, such as during menstruation. Pause and resume after the bleeding stops.

 

🔸Stage 3 "Enhancing Essence": Warm tonic pack to increase physical strength and good complexion. In the second stage, use after drinking, 1 sachet each in the morning and after lunch, 2 sachets in total a day, for 10 consecutive days, to fully nourish, replenish qi and activate blood circulation. Note: Do not use during periods of active bleeding. Pause and resume after the bleeding stops.
