Return and refund
Only "return of defective goods" service is accepted for international customers. If you receive defective goods, please contact customer service within 10 days of receiving the goods and provide photos of the product. If the defect is determined not to be caused by human error (not by the customer), Tianyiai will, depending on the situation, either send the product again or directly convert the amount into "Member Shopping Credits" for future use.
Due to the complexity of shipping procedures for international packages and varying laws across countries, Tianyiai is unable to provide return and exchange services for international orders. Please carefully confirm the contents of your order when purchasing products. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
